How to Open a New Excel Workbook:

Microsoft Excel is a popular spreadsheet software developed by Microsoft. It is a part of Microsoft Office Suite, including other applications like Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Microsoft Excel is a flexible, most popular and widely used application in the world. There are so many ways to create a new Excel workbook. Follow the below steps to open a new Excel workbook.

Create a New Excel workbook Using the Mouse Right Button:

  1. Go to the desktop on your computer.
  2. Click the mouse right button to open the menu.
  3. Click on New from the options.
  4. Now click on the Microsoft Excel worksheet.
  5. Now a new Excel workbook will be created on your desktop.
  6. Double-click on the Excel workbook to open the same.

Using Windows Programs:

  1. Click on the Windows button to open the installed programs on your computer.
  2. Go to Microsoft Office and click on Microsoft Excel.
  3. Now a new Excel workbook will be opened.
  1. Go to the Search Bar beside Windows and start typing Excel.
  2. Microsoft Excel app will open before you complete typing the word.
  3. Now click on open to open a new workbook. A new workbook will be created and opened.
